WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Domestic shipping for Australians on any orders over $150 AUD.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you selected an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

We currently do not ship internationally, however, we are looking into it.

Orders are only shipped on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note, we can only offer returns.
How to lodge a return?
To request a return, email hi@aftersociety.com with your order number and your request stating the reason for the return.
Once you’ve submitted your return request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your item(s) back to us. Returns are usually processed within 7 days of receipt and you’ll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.
Goods for return are at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
What is our return policy?
You must submit your return request within 7 days of receiving your order. We are unable to offer returns after 7 days.
Returns will only be accepted when:
Within 7 days of receiving items.
Items are in their original condition.
Items are in their original packaging.
Tags remain attached to garments.
Garments are unworn, unwashed, and unstained.
We do not allow returns for the following:
Product exceeds 7 days of received items.
Products received without authorisation.
Final sale items.
Underwear, lingerie, or swimwear bottoms (including one piece and sets).
Garments that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
Products without their tags attached.
Products that appear worn, the smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odour.
Products that are marked or damaged in any way, include fake tan, deodorant, and makeup.
Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.

All requests need to be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we confirm the garment was faulty, or there was a dispatch error by After Society. We will issue a full payment back to the customer’s original payment account within 7 days.
Can I exchange my items?
At this current stage, we can’t offer an exchange. However, we are looking into it :)
What if I have problems with my order after 7 days of receiving it?
Please take the time to read our product care. All our products went through QC testing before sale to customers so defective items are rare to see.
Please reject damaged, broken packages and/ or take photos ASAP as evidence.

If you need assistance. Send us evidence of the damaged package. We’ll do our best to fight with the postal service for you. Email us the info below:

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store as we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
TERMS OF SALES
By placing an order for any Goods on the Website (“Order”) the Customer is offering to purchase the Goods on and subject to these Terms.
All Orders are subject to the availability of the Goods and confirmation of the Order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and location. The delivery times are intended as an estimate only and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which After Society will not be responsible.
The Customer acknowledges that all Orders through the Website are with respect to goods intended for personal and domestic use only and non-commercial use.
After Society reserves the right to accept or reject an Order for any reason at any time.
When placing an Order the Customer undertakes that all details that are provided to After Society are true and accurate, that the Customer is an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the Order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Goods.
Changes to items on orders, shipping addresses or names are not permitted once an order has been processed. After Society can refuse any amendment or cancellation of an order at any time.
REGULAR PROMOTIONAL SALES
Promotional sales may exclude styles, pre-orders, and the purchase of e-vouchers. All styles will be marked down if included in a promotion unless a discount code is required, in which case the final price will display once the code has been entered correctly at checkout. Discount codes can only be applied once per person. All sale items are final sale. If a promotional sale applies to already reduced styles (markdown items), the discount will be applied to their current sale price. Shipping times may vary due to the high volume of orders received during a sale, so please allow additional processing and shipping time during busy periods. After Society reserves the right to end a promotional sale at any time without notice.
FINAL SALE/MARKDOWN SALE STYLES
Styles purchased at the final sale cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit. A style is considered a final sale when it is in the ‘Sale’ section and shows a permanently marked-down price. If you purchase a style before it is reduced, we are not obliged to honour the newly reduced sale price.
CLEARANCE SALES/END-OF-YEAR SALES
Clearance sales exclude the purchase of e-vouchers and at times selected styles. All styles will be marked at a discount price if they are included in a sale. All sales are final which means that any item purchased during the sale is ineligible for return OR exchange so please choose carefully before transacting. Discount codes may or may not be used in conjunction with clearance sales depending on a specific item.
Please note that delivery times and tracking information may be delayed due to the high volume of orders received by our shipping couriers during sale periods, so please allow additional time to receive your order and tracking information. We reserve the right to end a clearance sale at any time without prior notice.
COMMUNICATIONS
When signing up via any of After Society’s membership platforms, you consent to After Society using your personal information, such as your email address, for direct marketing purposes. This includes sending you correspondence such as newsletters, product information, competitions, and promotions, by email, SMS, social media, or post. You may opt out of receiving these direct marketing communications, and any variation to your communication preferences, at any time.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to the Customer on or through the Website remains the property of After Society.
The Customer is authorised to download, view, copy and print any content on the Website for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes only. Such content must not be modified or altered in any way. The Customer must not remove any copyright or trademark notices from the content found on the Website.
PRICE
The price with respect to any Goods is specified on the Website (’Price’).
All Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. After Society reserves the right to change or alter Prices of Goods on the Website without notice to the Customer.
In paying or attempting to pay for the Goods, the Customer agrees that the Customer has not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Unless provided for under these Terms, no cancellations or changes to Orders will be accepted, and the Goods will be delivered to the stated delivery address in accordance with these Terms. Therefore, the Customer should carefully check that their Order is accurate before the Customer submits it to After Society. The Customer will, however, be able to return Goods in accordance with After Society’s returns policy.
After Society may accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Goods must be unwashed, unworn and in their original purchase condition with original tags still attached with no signs of being removed and reattached.
Goods for return must be posted at the Customer’s expense.
The Customer must include their order confirmation email within their return parcel.
Any Goods which After Society has elected to accept for either return shall be returned at the Customer’s expense. The Customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless the garment was faulty, or there was a dispatch error by After Society.
Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return/exchange/credit note.
DAMAGED & FAULTY GOODS
If the Customer discovers that a Good is faulty or damaged, the Customer must notify After Society within 7 days of received by contacting After Society via hi@aftersociety.com
If After Society inspects the Goods and confirms that there is a fault, the Customer will be entitled to a refund within 10 business days. Once the refund is processed, it will automatically go back to the customer’s original payment method.
If the Customer decides to ship back to After Society. After Society will cover the postage costs associated with the Customer returning faulty or damaged goods.
Customers are liable for any delivery costs if the Good is found not to be faulty.
DELIVERY - WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Any period or date of delivery of Goods stated by After Society is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. After Society will use its best endeavours to meet any estimated delivery dates but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person for failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
After Society reserves the right to amend delivery methods without notice.
DELIVERY-INTERNATIONAL
International deliveries will be made by Australia Post.
Estimated delivery time for international orders varies depending on location.
In the event the Customer does not receive their Order within 30 business days of placement, the Customer should contact their local shipping carrier.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. After Society has no control over the import fee charged and will not be responsible for the payment of any duties or taxes.
Where taxes and duties are refused to be paid by a Customer or a parcel is left unclaimed and is subsequently returned to After Society, the value of the order will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued for any parcels returned to After Society where the parcel is unclaimed, or duties are not paid.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
A Pre-Order is the term used when a Good is unavailable for immediate shipment because it is in production to be shipped at a later date. The estimated date of delivery will be sent via email and the product is clearly marked as a pre-order online. Pre-Order items will only proceed once the deposit has been made. Good is shipped when the remaining payment has been received.
MAKE TO ORDER (MTO)
The make-to-order (MTO) strategy means that Good goes into production once the customer places the order. This will create additional waiting time for the customer to receive the Goods. The estimated date of delivery will be sent via email. Make-to-order items will only process once the full payment has been made.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
The Customer agrees to use the Website at their own risk. The Customer agrees to indemnify After Society, its affiliates, officers or directors from any third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs arising from the Customer’s use of the Website or breach of these Terms, including damages caused by a virus or any incorrectness or incompleteness of the information on the Website or the supply or use of the Goods.
After Society does not accept responsibility for any loss or other detriment arising by reason of any theft, loss or damage to, or otherwise concerning any property belonging to the Customer.
The Customer accepts upon Delivery all risk for loss or damage to the Goods whether caused by the Customer or not, and the Customer indemnifies After Society against all claims, demands, suits and actions for loss or damage caused by or arising from the handling, transport, storage, display, installation, neglect or use of the Goods after the Customer has taken possession of the Goods. Risk in the Goods will remain with the Customer at all times unless After Society retakes possession of the Goods.
FORCE MAJEURE
If the performance of After Society's obligations under these Terms is prevented, restricted or affected by a force majeure including strike, lockout, raw material shortage, breakdown of plant, transport or equipment or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of After Society. After Society will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms of service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Australia and, in the event of a dispute or claim associated with these Terms of Services, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the state and the South Australian District Registry of the Federal Court of Australia.
SEVERABILITY
The parties agree that all the provisions of these Terms are reasonable in all the circumstances and that each provision is and shall be deemed to be severable and independent.
The parties agree that if part or all of any one or more provisions are judged invalid or unenforceable in all the circumstances, that portion shall be deemed to be deleted and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties as to its subject matter and supersedes and cancels all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations in connection with it and may only be altered in writing signed by all parties.
